Court Invalidates Trump’s Section 122 Tariffs Friday, May 15, 2026 12-1 pm Central Registration is Free
On May 7, 2026, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) struck down President Trump’s Section 122 Tariffs. The President had announced these 10% tariffs immediately after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down IEEPA tariffs on February 20, 2026. The CIT granted a permanent injunction forbidding CBP from collecting Section 122 tariffs, but the injunction applies only to the importers that sued.
This webinar will explain the U.S. Court of International Trade’s decision and will explore possible ways for importers to challenge Section 122 Tariffs.
