C-TPAT Made Easy and Affordable

LET US HELP YOU
We are the C-TPAT solution for Mexican companies.  C-TPAT is a voluntary program sponsored by U.S. Customs and Border Protection that requires companies to meet minimum supply chain security.  Mexican manufacturers and trucking companies who do not comply with C-TPAT will likely lose a great deal of business from U.S. companies.

We represent the following:

  • Mexican manufacturers that wish to be C-TPAT certified
  • Mexican companies that are validated/audited for C-TPAT compliance
  • Mexican trucking companies/long haul carriers
  • Mexican trucking companies/highway carriers

Among our services, we can:

  • Create C-TPAT compliance procedures
  • Analyze your supply chain for C-TPAT compliance
  • Respond to U.S. companies seeking information on your procedures
  • Obtain FAST or “Green Lane” preference for your shipments
  • Assist with your continuing C-TPAT obligations

Why you should hire us:

  • Offices in both the U.S.A. and in Mexico
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Assisted and trained hundreds of companies with C-TPAT for over a decade.
  • We are not consultants, but lawyers who can represent you with dignity and respect before U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
  • We can perform all our services over the phone and via email, but can also travel to your facility
