Litigation

GRVR Attorneys defend and prosecute lawsuits in both federal and state/county courts of law.  Our attorneys are licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade along with various other jurisdictions. We have extensive experience litigating in the U.S. Court of International Trade, recently winning a half-million dollar settlement on behalf a U.S. importer.

Our law firm has managed hundreds of lawsuits on behalf of large financial institutions and government entities. We have filed over 1000 cases for a client. One of our attorneys supervised federal lawsuits worth hundreds of millions of dollars. We explore on our clients' behalf the limitations and opportunities offered by treaties and conventions, including the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

We represent both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy. If you are an importer, customs broker, supplier, or manufacturer, you want to make sure that your interests are protected in bankruptcy.  Our attorneys have represented creditors in some of the largest corporate bankruptcies in history.

We also litigate cases involving Incoterms, surety claims, insurance coverage and losses, intellectual property rights, contract, tort, consumer, countervailing duties, antidumping, classification, fines, penalties, duties, export, forum non conveniens, injunctions, and attachments.

However, litigation is expensive and time-consuming.  We also offer to clients our talents to explore settlement through mediation or arbitration.
